HM450k probes portrayed on chromosomes
Hi,
I'm looking for a figure that portrays the position of HM450k probes across on top of chromosomes. Anyone know where I can find something like this?

Have you thought about just making one? You can download the probe annotations, convert them to a BED file and load that into IGV, which can save images.
