Hi Wilmer, welcome to BioStar anyway. This site is dedicated to help you with bioinformatics/computational biology related questions. If you have a question, please take your time to be as specific as possible. If you are asking about the software behind biostar, that's Stackexchange 1 (afaik) and you cannot donwload it (afaik?).
