Plasmid comparison tool

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a tool to generate a plasmid comparison figure (as bellow). Can anyone please help me out.

One of these tools may generate something similar. You might also be able to use MUMmer. Or web search for "synteny" (the name for shared blocks of sequence) plus "viewer" or "software".

Often these kinds of figures are generated "by hand" rather than computed.

It looks the figure from a publication. Have you contacted the authors to ask what tool they used to generate the figure?
