Pan Genome Claculation using PanGP

Hi Guys,

Does anyone have experience about PanGP to plot Pan genome and core genome. I am bit confused about the manual they mention here. They used 3 genome and each time why the size of pan and core is changing? Can anyone clarify my doubt.
