Simple_test.sh in discoSNP++

Hi,

I'm new to discoSNP (using 2.2.1).

It seems that the script simple_test.sh was not designed for this version.

the command line using fof.txt works fine.

I think you should remove simple_test.sh from the package., it's confusing.

Hi Sebastien,

Thanks for this message. Indeed, simple_test should not be part of the release. It won't appear in the 2.2.2 release.
