DSK: readme and options

dsk readme shows command line with -file and -kmer-size.

The one I used (no --version, so don't know which) on genouest.org cluster doesn't understand those options. It seems to be only dsk file_in kmer_size.

So time for you to update the readme or for me to update dsk ?

No its not a mistake Sebastien. Biostars is used as the canonical place to ask for questions regarding GATB tools.
The developer team receives notifications for each new post that uses the GATB tag. You could have used the dsk tag though.

pierre.peterlongo : The question was referring to genouest.org which I understand is some sort of a common research cluster in France. So this would ultimately have to be directed to the admins of that cluster.
