Suggestions on the prediction of miRNA and mRNA target interactions
Hello,
I have a set of microRNAseq data and a set of mRNAseq data from the same sample set. They are not from human or any other listed animals. How can I utilize the targetScan customs to find out the prediction scores of the miRNA-mRNA target interaction?
