Could someone kindly provide guidance on the scoring parameter in multimiR? Specifically, when reviewing the table

View(multimirdata@data)

, there is a column labeled 'score'. I'm curious about how these scores are calculated for each miR-target interaction. Additionally, I'd appreciate insights on how to select interactions with the best scores.
