Lositan not installing/opening

Hello,

I'm having trouble installing LOSITAN on Windows. I'm trying the version for 'truckloads of data' as I have about 10,000 SNPs for 250 individuals. When I try to install and open it a Java box pops up and appears to be loading, then disappears. Any suggestions would be great, my Java is up to date and I've tried the other version of Lositan but it can't handle my data.

Hi Nick, have you managed to solve this problem? I am having the same issue! It's not loading loci table on mac, but it won't even open on windows!
