Lositan will not load when number of SNP loci is large.
The program Lositan will not load my genepop file, but the genepop file will open just fine in the program genepop. I've tried with my full set of 1500, also with a set of about 100 and a set of only 5. Only the file with the 5 Snps will open with Lositan. I download the program version under "you have truckloads of data" for windows. I have a 64-bit operation system with Java for the 64-bit and 8 Gb RAM so that should not be an issue. Any help would be appreciated.
