Ending Bootstrap Mode And Retagging Without Bumping Question
I was wondering if there was a way to retag questions without bumping the question to the top of the list. I sometimes go through and remove redundnant tags for easier searching (such as changing all rnaseq to rna-seq) but then it bumps all the questions to the top.
Additionally, I noticed that it still says biostar is in 'bootstrap mode' but it would appear that there is a sizable community using this site, has any decision been made on the stackexchange 2.0 migration?
