Construct Co-expression network

I want to construct Co-expression network.
But I do not have any information about the data needed and how to work.
I want to construct network for protein in PPI about Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Please help me

You are going to have to be much more specific about what you want to do, what data you have available, and what problems you are having. If you really have no idea about how to start, I'd suggest finding a few papers on the topic and reading them as a starting place.
You can Use cytoscape to do such thing.
