Construct a gene co-expression network with WGCNA
Hi everyone, I need your help. I have mRNA expression data in each individuals (75 individuals, 12000 gene). And I want to construct a gene co-expression network with highly-correlated genes by using WGCNA. But couldn't find how to create co-expression network.
