How to obtain negative data in UCSC genome browser?

I would like to get negative data that is not bound by any transcription factor or also known as non-TFBS. Anyone know how to generate the negative data using UCSC genome browser? anyone can help me?

Uniprobe has a function to generate a negative control sequence without binding sites (lower right part of the screen, you have to scroll the page):

There are many possibilities for adjusting the parameter and I can't get the negative data out of it :/ Thanks
