I got a partial sequenced mucor 18S ribosomal RNA gene I would like to analyze it for validation by bioinformatics approach?

Anyone to help the procedure?

How to interpret the result of BLAST, MSA, Phylogenetic analysis on rRNAs?

Ribosomal RNA does not encode a protein, so there are no codons and a codon usage analysis would be nonsensical..
