I would like to download the following eukaryotic ribosomal RNAs to perform alignment of my sequenced reads against these rRNAs alone.

5S : 121 bases 5.8S : 156 bases, 28S : 5070 bases, 18S : 1869 bases

From the link you provided, I could see only 3 ribosomal RNA (5.8S, 28S, and 18S) but not 5S.
