Published scRNA data with bechmarks?
I'm trying to find published single-cell RNA-seq data with validation (such as RT-PCR or Nanostring experiments) for partial genes and isoforms. My only result is the dataset mentioned in this paper and there are only benchmark data for 40 genes:

Anyone familiar with scRNA data can help? Thanks!
