Copy Number Variation (CNV) segmentation algorithm
Hi,
I am trying to understand how segmentation alogorithm exactly works for CNV's. I went through few papers but the information was too vague. I want to understand this algorithm end to end. Please help.

I assume you mean "segmentation", and I'd start by reading the CBS paper:
