Research Proposal For Phd

I will apply for PhD program and they asked me to prepare research proposal I need your suggestion about new topics, or idea

how to write the proposal, I prefer Cancer detection And Genom correction, but don't know much about it and which topic will be added value

any help will be highly appreciated, I am in deep need to reply, non of the links in the comment reply my question, and don't know why it closed

Sorry, but if you cannot come up with some initiative and ideas by yourself for your PhD you do not deserve to get one.

I agree with Michael's sentiment. BioStar, and Stack Exchange sites in general, are not the appropriate place for these types of questions. See http://biostar.stackexchange.com/faq for the types of questions the site is designed to answer. As for your question, you might get a better response at somewhere like reddit bioinformatics. However, Michael is right--this would only be a starting point. If you want to get a PhD in bioinformatics, you better do some work yourself to figure out what the big questions in the field are.
