useful and freely available softwares for Bioinformatics
There are many open sources software available for programming etc http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_open-source_bioinformatics_software
However, I am wondering whether you know more softwares (lab designed) available for different purposes.
For example, you can download Cluster and tree viewer from here.
or you can download a bunch of software for image analysis here
Are you aware of any other software like above for different platform like above?
