Is There A Blast Web Service That Enables The Retrieval Of Refseq Identifiers
I can't seem to find a BLAST web service where I can provide "RefSeq" as the selected database. Biocatalogue has 2 available REST services - http://www.biocatalogue.org/rest_methods/60 and - http://www.biocatalogue.org/rest_methods/207
But neither accept RefSeq as the database.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you checked NCBI BLAST?
You can select RefSeq on the website as well as on the URLAPI. A list of searchable remote databases is additionally available here.
edit: there is also a SOAP webservice available.
