script to create ideogram with variants for plants
Hi
I tried to look all around to figure out a way to draw ideogram to show variation data for plants. I am able to draw using MapChart, but it is hard to draw using MapChart for 2000 genomes.
looking for some script which can take my variant file as input and draw ideogram.
Any help will be appreciated.
