No view of amino acid sequence in Aquaria
I was under the impression that there would be a highlight of the aa sequence under the 3D structure, showing the conserved positions (haven't found one yet...).

You are almost certainly using Chrome - notice the red 'Alert' message at the top of windows that warns of limited functionality on Chrome. The 3D viewer used on Chrome is a JavaScript/WebGL alternative still being developed. To access the full-featured viewer (a Java applet), you need to use Firefox or Safari.

Excuse me, but are you talking to yourself (this post, In Aquaria is there a way to pull up a MSA of the structures that are under the similar groupings? )? Why not just add a short Q&A list to your original post Aquaria: simplifying discovery and insight from protein structures ? It would be much more informative and easy to access for the community than a set of scattered posts.
