Where do I get a list of ohnologs from this published paper?

There are a number of articles on ohnologs (genes that are duplicated via whole genome duplication). Most of them cite the original publication where they initially identify the ohnologs (Nakatani et. al., http://genome.cshlp.org/content/17/9/1254.long#fn-1). However, I am unable to get such a list from the supplementary data of this article, although curated/modified versions are available in the later publications. Does anybody know where to find or have to share the list of ohnologs from the original source?

I googled for a while and was not able to the turn up the data frame the authors used in the paper or find it in the actual paper of supplemental "data" -- can you contact the authors directly to get a copy of the data used in this paper? I find this frustrating because I think data should always be published alongside a publication in a public repository. Another option would be to reconstruct the data set using the methods that the authors used in the paper?
