question about a published figure

I am trying to understand how the X axis and Y- axis labeled; X -axis as Rank and Y is as fraction of read coverage wrt highest coverage bin is generated in this paper- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4133732/

Supplementary fig -Figure S1. unfortunately, could not figure out how I can upload the figure.

I have read documentation of tool as well as original refereed paper of Diaz et al 2012. Could any member point me to a source where it is mentioned what these x and Y axis matrices are plotted or generated.

That's a plot from bamFingerprint (one of the deepTools functions). Have a look at its documentation and let me know if you have any questions. There's a surprising amount of information that one can glean from a fingerprint plot.
