GWAS dataset: SNPs with association p-value
I want to download some GWAS datasets (1 will be ok), that it should contain mainly the following information: 1) the SNPs; 2) the SNP p-vlaue (by single SNP association analysis, meta-analysis, etc). My objective is to try this dataset for gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). Any resources?

Have you looked at the GWAS catalogue?
As of January 2015, GWAS datasets for which the association p-values and effect sizes are available:
GIANT consortium (human body size)
Not sure if there any more.
