Hello all,

I am running functional enrichment analysis using the clusterProfiler package, I'm fairly new to this, I have datasets with a variable number of features, it is not very clear to me how should I set these two parameters when the numeber of features varies, on the official guide for GSEA (GSEA official website ) it says that the default values are 15 and 500 and they are ok for dataset of 10'000 to 20'000 features, but how would they vary if I have 1000 or 50000 for example?
