METAL meta-analysis software crash

Hi

I'm doing a meta-analysis on a couple of GWAS studies using METAL genetics software. When I try to process my one of my studies (Huge dataset) METAL software crashes. It says the operating system terminated METAL due to memory access. Do you have any advice on how to process that dataset on METAL? Would breaking the dataset into 2 datasets mess up METAL's calculations?
