As the title description,
I am going to do GSEA (Gene Set Enrichment Analysis) analysis for evaluate the RNA-datasets and classify gene annotation information.
However, my experiment specie was not sequenced for the genome. I want to ask if GSEA (Gene Set Enrichment Analysis) analysis suitable for the research without reference genome.
But I now have the BLAST nucletide annoatation and know every transcripts probably represnting. Is this useful?
