Time series patients data (blood tests etc.)
Does anybody know where I can find time series for cancer patients(blood or other tests or accelerometer data from cancer patients)? There are available many gene expression datasets and that is all.

Have you tried contacting a local oncology department? Note that you'll likely have to fill out a lot of paperwork and get people enrolled, so this is unlikely to be an immediate process (note, this is a good thing).
Thanks for advice, yes, I tried, they hadn't replied yet. I know that is hard process because all data are personalized.
