You're going to want to find a textbook on Statistics. A p-value is the certainty of a result of a test. In your data some test is implied, like "are these samples different?" and you can see the pval as a percentage, that is about 1.3% chance ILMN_3165619's values of -38 to -16 are equal given the measurement noise. Until you explain the situation and data, no one can say what these numbers represent.
