TCGA data gene expression

I am trying to find gene expression (array) data for neuroblastoma tumors, When I see it @https://tcga-data.nci.nih.gov/tcga/dataAccessMatrix.htm

I could not see the neuroblastoma there . Am I missing?

Any pointer from experts please

TCGA deals with adult tumors, and TARGET deals with pediatric tumors. TARGET's NBL data is not yet publicly available, but if you apply for the appropriate credentials, you can access the NBL gene expression data through the TARGET data matrix.

Hi, TCGA deals mostly with tissue specific cancers types. And neuroblastoma is not tissue specific . But you can find all neuroblastoma datasets in R2 database. Check our recent paper about neuroblastoma where we have validated our genes using R2 database: http://www.cell.com/cancer-cell/abstract/S1535-6108%2814%2900377-8
