SNP SNP Haplotype on different chromosome
Hello,
I found two snps significantly associated with a phenotype, these two snps are located in two different chromosomes. Is it correct to calculate the haplotype for these two snps? Because I want to know the combination of haplotype associated with the phenotype. Could you tell me of a tool to calculate the frequency of the haplotype of these two snsps?
