Statistical test to decide key clusters
Hi there,
I am having trouble deciding upon the correct statistical test.
I have two groups of bacteria - one that exhibits a growth phenotype and one that does not. I then have clusters of genes which are present within these bacteria. I want to be able to do a set of statistical test which shows the most significantly associated clusters with the phenotype group. Does anybody know what test would do that ?
Thank you!
