CREST (Clipping Reveals Structure) runtime

Hello all,

I am just wondering whether anybody has run the CREST pipeline successfully. How long did it take? I am running the pipeline with a full C. elegans genome and I started it almost a week ago. Is this normal or could it be reflective of a problem?

I know that one of the analysts in our group ran CREST on a human sample and reported that the runtime was ~1 month. Good luck!
