Hello all,
I have started the assembly with Short insert and Long insert and Mate pair reads with 100X genome coverage.
It has taken around 1.5 Tb ram and running from past one day. There is no issue with space. Kmer i have given as "auto" so its running with 31 kmer and work2.1 files are generated.
So i have one question, whether the process will complete and how much time would it take to complete the assembly.
I would be thankful for kind reply.

It is hard to estimate how long it may take. As long as the job is running and your have residual hardware resources available enjoy the end of the year celebrations you must have planned :-)
