I wonder what kind of research people here use data(particularly sequences) from 1000 genome projects. Thanks in advance.
I believe your question is to broad to answer. Is there a specific field you are interested in?
In broad sense, I am interested in mining disease-associated sequence pattern. Unfortunately, I am not eligible to apply for access to data hosted by more relevant repositories such as caBIG.
