Extract sequences from genome

Hi,

I would like to extract first 20 nt of a mRNA from MOUSE genome and blast it with first 20 nt of a mRNA from human genome. I have zero bioinformatics experience.

Do you have both ACCESSION NUMBERs for those mRNA?

It would be better if you can elaborate little more about your problem? For example, why you want to blast it against 20nt of human mRNA?
