Hello,
I want perform QTL analysis of miRNAs of plant samples.
I have no idea about it. If you have done such kind of analysis please share workflow.
I have genome and miRNAs and their coordinates on genome.
Is there any pre-processing of data? which are the best tools available ? Are there papers published using these papers?
