how to use peaksplitter via macs
I'm running MACS and want to use argument "call-subpeaks". I already install PeakSplitter successfully. Where should I move the "PeakSplitter" exe file to in order to run MACS? and how can I set the PATH to that folder? (I moved the "PeakSplitter" exe file to MACS folder and it didn't work, maybe because I didn't set the PATH correctly?)
