Maximum Size Ranges Of Sonicated Genomic Dna
What is the maximum DNA size people can reliably obtain when sonicating genomic DNA? I've seen papers that claim they can sonicate to 2-5Kb and then do protein-DNA pulldown on that those 2-5 Kb DNA fragments, so I would like to know what protocols are best suited for that purpose.
