Creating simulated populations with Admixture 1.23 and PLINK
I believe that the P-file containing allele frequencies from Admixture is used to modify the plink.simfreq file ... If this is correct can someone detail the steps of what is modified; and what is done next?
If this is incorrect can someone point me in the right direction.
