Problem Updating GO Gene Association Files with CVS

I used the guide for obtaining the GO consortium data via building a local CVS repository, but I am having trouble obtaining two files in particular:

-rw-r----- 1 xxx xxx  866 Apr 24 14:26 gene_association.goa_rat.gz
-rw-r----- 1 xxx xxx 868 Feb 20  2006 gene_association.goa_mouse.gz

As you can see here the files are much too small to contain anything, and when I gunzip them, they only have the header. On the go website I can see that the each file should be 5MB and 4MB respectively. Has anyone faced this issue before?

Update: It seems like this is a problem in their end, I can't find the mouse or rat files in their ftp either.

Probably simpler to mirror the FTP site: ftp://ftp.geneontology.org/pub/go/gene-associations/

I think you may have missed my update, the mouse and rat files are not on their FTP site currently.
