How to integrate GO into cytoscape

I have a list of C elegans genes and their interacting partners in the format of (geneA GI geneB).

I can visualize the interaction network on Cytoscape.Could you please tell me how can I integrate the GO term on the network and group these gene according to thier function. Thanks

Thanks for suggestion. ClueGO does not have Gene Cluster list of C. elegans.
