Dear all,

We are pleased to announce our upcoming online course “Nextflow for Beginners”, taking place 9–11 November.

Course website: https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/course60/

This hands-on course will introduce participants to Nextflow, one of the leading workflow systems for running high-throughput and data-intensive applications, particularly in the life sciences.

Participants will learn how to write Nextflow workflows, work with channels, processes and operators, manage software dependencies and configurations, use different execution environments, and develop and share reproducible pipelines. Practical sessions will include working with an RNA-seq pipeline.

The course is designed for researchers, bioinformaticians and computational scientists who want to develop practical skills in building reproducible and portable data analysis workflows with Nextflow.

Best regards,
