Hello everyone,

I am currently looking for a position as an MSc Bioinformatician, including opportunities internationally.

My academic career has focused on combining computational methods with biological research to better understand complex biological systems. My work spans cancer biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, and metabolic modeling, with a particular interest in using computational approaches to investigate the mechanisms underlying disease.

I have also been developing FluxInside, a project focused on exploring and analyzing metabolic networks through constraint-based modeling and flux balance analysis. FluxInside allows researchers to integrate genome-scale metabolic models into the agent-based modeling platform PhysiCell, providing a way to incorporate metabolic processes into multicellular simulations.

Overall, my academic interests lie at the intersection of biology, computation, and data-driven approaches to understanding biological processes.
