Location: Home-based. Can be based remotely in the USA, Europe, UK, China, Asia / APAC or Australia.

About the position:

• Develop computational models of the immune system and cancer evolution to enable precision medicine
• Use the latest computational modeling and systems biology methods in collaboration with domain experts in immunology and oncology to develop our computational platform
• Model interactions between the immune system, cancer cells, and the microenvironment during cancer progression and treatment
• Identify patient specific biomarkers of disease and personalized drug targets that are more efficacious with reduced side effects
• Contribute to and lead immunology and oncology projects
• Work with multi-omics patient data to validate your models

About you

• A master 's degree or PhD in bioinformatics, medical informatics, systems biology, computational biology, computer science with biological background, or other related fields
• Experience in computational modeling such as mechanistic modeling, ODE-based modeling
• Both graduates and experienced candidates are invited to apply
• Positions at different and more senior levels are available as well
• Other positions in computational biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, AI in biotechnology and mechanistic modeling are available as well
