News: Online Course: Epigenomics Data Analysis (13–17 April )

Dear all,

We are organizing an online course on Epigenomics Data Analysis (13–17 April), focused on practical workflows for analyzing regulatory genomics data.

The course covers end-to-end analysis of:

  • RNA-seq

  • ATAC-seq / MNase-seq

  • ChIP-seq

  • Hi-C

  • Multi-Omics Integration

Participants will go from raw sequencing data to downstream analyses, including differential expression, peak calling, motif analysis, chromatin interaction analysis, and multi-omics integration.


The training is hands-on, using bash and R/Bioconductor, with real datasets and reproducible workflows.


Who is it for? Researchers with a biology background and some familiarity with NGS data formats, R, and the Unix command line.
