News: Machine Learning for Multi-Omics Integration - online, 2-4 February

Dear all,

we are pleased to announce our upcoming online course “Machine Learning for Multi-Omics Integration”, taking place on 2–4 February 2026.

This hands-on course is designed for researchers working with complex biological datasets who want to learn how to integrate multi-omics data using modern machine learning approaches. Through a balanced mix of lectures and practical sessions, participants will explore supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning methods for integrative omics analysis, including applications to single-cell data.

The course is suitable for participants with basic experience in UNIX and beginner-level knowledge of R and/or Python, and will provide practical guidance on selecting appropriate tools and designing robust integrative analysis workflows.
