I have a list of gene IDs from the Chinese Spring wheat reference genome v2.1 (for example: TraesCS4A03G0092800, TraesCS4A03G0095000, etc.). I would like to check which traits are associated with each gene.

Are there any databases that allow searching wheat gene IDs to retrieve associated traits or Trait Ontology annotations?

For rice, I know that RAP-DB provides trait ontology information linked to genes. I am wondering if there is a similar resource available for wheat.
